Housekeeper – Care Homes | Essex
Northspire Careers is looking to register reliable and hardworking Housekeepers across Essex for current and upcoming opportunities within care homes.

Duties May Include:
- Cleaning residents’ bedrooms
- Cleaning communal areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Laundry and linen duties
- Following infection-control procedures
- Using cleaning products safely
- Following COSHH and health & safety procedures
- Working respectfully around residents
- Reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Organised and hardworking
- Friendly and respectful
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working within a care-home environment
Relevant training such as COSHH and infection prevention and control is advantageous.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and complete the appropriate checks for the position, including DBS checks where applicable.
