• Providing personal and practical care to residents
• Supporting and guiding Care Assistants
• Assisting with medication where appropriately trained
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
• Supporting daily shift responsibilities
• Promoting high standards of care and wellbeing

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or experienced Care Assistant
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A professional and compassionate approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
